Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your cat slippers, animal slippers or cat toiletry bag for any reason, we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less discounts) within 30 days of your purchase, plus any sales fees you paid at the time of purchase Taxes (unless stated on the product page that the product is not returnable),We will process your return, refund request within 48 hours. Refunds will be returned to your bank account via the original method of payment within 7-15 days of approval.

In order to receive a refund, you must return the product. Before returning an item, you will need to notify us of the merchandise you intend to return and you will receive an authorization with return instructions.

Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of returning Openhahaha products to us, and your returned items must be shipped within 10 business days of return authorization approval.
